The Conference will actively promote sharing within the Technology community. The agenda will revolve around 2 big themes:
- Technology and development: we will include inspirational speakers on a variety of key themes including: evolution and future of the web, user experience, big data and continuous delivery. We will also have some more focused talks for our Back-end, Front-end, and QA communities.
- Agile and people: we will energize our audience through talks on areas such as; agile management (where is it now and where is it going in the future and agile in different environments), new concepts for team delivery, evolving culture and people strategy and creating amazing spaces to work.
We will continue to evolve the event and themes based on feedback and partnership with our speakers and current conference partners. We will also be launching our website which will hold key updates on the agenda and the conference itself.

We have a broad network of Technology enthusiasts across Blip, our partners that we work with every day (for instance Critical Software) and a broad range of people who we connect with every day through social media and community events.
The Conference will be open to these broad communities who all have one thing in common - a passion for People, Technology and Oporto.
