The candidate is advised to have the following characteristics or at least most part of it:

> Experience in developing web-based applications.
> Experience in solving cross-browsing issues.
> Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
> Experience with JavaScript and JS Frameworks (jQuery (preferred), Closure, Modernizr).
> Experience with AJAX, JSON and Web-Services.
> Experience with Firefox/Chrome debugging tools.
> Experience with Foundation and/or Bootstrap Frameworks.
> Strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience.
> Ability to communicate to all levels of users (internally and externally), strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.
> Strong commitment to quality, architecture and documentation, in addition to a strong will to solve problems, to adapt, and to take initiative.
> Familiarity with one or more of the following items will be considered as a BIG PLUS:
> Scalability and performance techniques for cloud applications.
> TDD, BDD or Unit Testing.
> Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
> Version control tools: GIT or SVN.
> Maps and Charts APIs (Google Maps, Leaflet, HighCharts or Flot Charts).
> Public code placed on GitHub / BitBucket.
> Ranking on Stack Overflow.
> Completion of a course on a MOOC platform.
> Online Portfolio.
