Business/Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a proactive and passionate individual to work within the IT Projects Department, making up part of a team that is responsible for providing services to its’ growing number of external customers.

The Systems Analyst will specify the behaviour, organisation, features, and the characteristics of software systems and solutions based on investigations and studies of user’s needs and requirements.

Your duties will include liaising with business drivers, end users, and technical staff.

Tasks and responsibilities;

Elicitation of user requirements and liaison with all project stakeholders detail specifications document of the running project(s).
Participation in group interactions designed to extract important business exercises and hypotheses and change these into actionable specifications.
Undertake research and reporting duties and justify proposed solutions.
Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders including developers, end-users, vendors and solution providers.

Mandatory skills and experience;

A strong record and ability of managerial positions
4+ years of experience in a business or systems analyst role in the iGaming industry where your duties have been analyzing software and web systems.
2+ years experience in software development as a QA/Tester, Project Manager or Support/Team Lead
Extensive knowledge of established and emerging technologies, platforms and software.
Understanding, analysing and evaluating business processes.
creativity will be your strong point and you will have excellent analytical skills.
