Problem Solvers Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to not refund a started billing cycle (monthly or annual) in any case a client requests it, independently of its cause.
Problem Solvers Unipessoal Lda stores the billing details of its clients such as company name, headquarters location, contact email and VAT number (if applicable). This billing details are shared with an invoice software provider called Invoicexpress. No payment details such as credit or debit card are stored by Problem Solvers Unipessoal Lda himself but its payment gateway service provider reserves the rights to do so.
